It turned out a great day. We had some confusion to find the correct cab in the dock. They don't speak a lot of English at the cab stand, however we managed to get a cab to Bayahibe. It is advisable to show them your email with the precise information, in this way you will get into the correct taxi. They fill up the cab till capacity, however we had a safe drive.

We went to a number of beaches on Saona. And we stopped at Mano Juan, the only village on Saona. We saw the mangroves and dipped in the waters of the Piscina Natural, with the starfish. We toured the town on Saona and discovered a lot concerning the old fashioned lifestyle here. And obviously we went snorkeling. I have never witnessed more beautiful beaches. We were by yourself on most spots we stopped at, Seavis does everything to avoid the crowds of people. I was amazed of the beautiful colors, genuine Caribbean... It is very different from the Atlantic Ocean.

There was a specialist photographer on our excursion, he offers personal photoshoots and takes pictures of the whole day. The CD will cost us$40 and you will get more then 200 pictures of the day. We purchased the CD and the photo's proved good, a great memory of a great day. As lunch option you can order a lobster for only us$10. The lobster lunch was great. Even without the lobster the lunch was superb. Beverages and snacks during the entire day are also provided. We only came back in the hotel after 07:00pm, therefore bear in mind it is a complete day, but absolutely worthwhile! It turned out the very best day of our vacation.
